1. 01

   One site. Four units.

   A single-site integrated biorefinery: a sugar mill, a grain distillery and a bagasse-fired power plant, and a Compressed Biogas plant under development alongside them.

2. 02

   What we sell, and to whom.

   Sugar is sold to wholesale and industrial buyers. Ethanol is supplied to oil marketing companies under India’s ethanol blending programme. Surplus power is exported to the state grid. Molasses is sold on its own account, and the distillery yields DDGS, a high-protein cattle feed.

3. 03

   Runway on the same land.

   The distillery is expandable from 300 KLPD to 600 KLPD. A 15 TPD compressed biogas plant is under development, digesting press mud in season and cane trash and maize stover off season, with the digester’s output returning to the farms as Fermented Organic Manure.

4. 04

   Operating since 2005.

   Incorporated in 2005 with a 1,500 TCD mill at Bachai; expansion to 4,500 TCD in 2014–15; cogeneration plant commissioned in 2016; 8,000 TCD today, with a 300 KLPD grain distillery in operation.
