At Mahakaushal Sugar and Power Industries Ltd., we specialize in the efficient and sustainable production of high-quality sugar. Starting with raw sugarcane supplied by our local farmers, the cane undergoes a process of crushing, extraction, evaporation, and crystallization in our state-of-the-art facilities.
From an initial crushing capacity of 1200 TPD in 2005, we’ve grown to handle 8000 TCD, thanks to our continuous efforts towards modernization and optimization of our processes.
In our pursuit of vertical integration in the agro-based industry, we’ve launched a line of high-quality animal feed. We utilize DDGS, a byproduct of our ethanol unit, to produce nutritious and sustainable feed, ideal for local farmers’ dairy farms.

Ethanol production is our strategic initiative towards green energy and sustainability. We utilize B molasses, a byproduct of our sugar manufacturing process, and grains such as rice and corn during the off-season to produce ethanol.
