Founded in 2005 by our visionary entrepreneur, Mahakaushal Sugar and Power Industries Ltd. started as a humble plant with a capacity to crush 1200 Tons Per Day (TPD) of sugarcane. Through unwavering dedication, innovative practices, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, we have experienced remarkable growth. Today, our facilities proudly encompass a capacity of 8000 Tons Crushed Daily (TCD) and feature a robust 24 MW power plant, marking our enduring commitment to progress and sustainability.
At Mahakaushal Sugar and Power Industries Ltd., our Ethanol Production initiative signifies our unwavering commitment to green energy and sustainability. Through innovative resource utilization, we harness the potential of B molasses, a valuable byproduct of our sugar manufacturing process, and utilize grains such as rice and corn during the off-season to ensure continuous production. Advanced technology underpins our efficiency, guaranteeing high conversion rates while minimizing our carbon footprint. In line with our commitment to adapt and innovate, we recently ventured into the ethanol production industry. We take advantage of our deep-rooted connections with local farmers and efficiently use our sugar byproduct, B molasses, during the sugar season. During the off-season, we utilize grains such as rice and corn to ensure consistent production.
Additionally, we’ve launched a high-quality animal feed product line in our quest to vertically integrate the agro-based industry. We utilize DDGS from our ethanol unit, further underscoring our commitment to sustainability and full resource utilization. This product line allows us to strengthen our connection with local farmers, who play an instrumental role in our journey towards holistic, sustainable agriculture and industry.
